Telecommunications at UConn

UITS provides and supports voice communication services at all University campuses, the School of Law, and most University Affiliate locations.

Services include dial tone, incoming and outgoing calls, voicemail, cellular services, automatic call distribution, installation and repair of UITS-provided telephone equipment (analog & digital), emergency telephones, specialized circuits for alarms and elevators, and inbound toll free service.

Voicemail

Storrs campus has transitioned to a new voicemail system, Cisco Unity, effective April 17th, 2016.
