Q. How do I install MELL Training Software?

A. Each CD needs to be installed at the workstation. Insert the MELL CD and it will automatically prompt you to install the desired product.

Q. I tried to install the MELL Training CD and it won't install, why?

A. There are some known issues with some computers. To resolve follow the instructions below:

• Install Shockwave 10 from www.macromedia.com
• Reset all the zones in Internet Explorer (I.E.) to defaults. In I.E. click Tools, Internet Options, Security, and click on default level button.
• Click Tools, Internet Options, Advanced button and check allow active content to be run from my computer and allow active content to be run from CD's.
• Disable popup blocker. In I.E. go to Tools, Popup Blocker, Turn off
• If the computer blue screens while installing shockwave you may need to update your video driver. This may have only affected the GX200's.
