
The goal of the Help Center is to make
using computing services offered by University ITS
as accessible as possible for the customer. The Help Desk
provides a single point of contact for questions about all
offered services and is responsible for answering or referring
these questions to the respective University ITS or University
area.

We recommend that you use the left
navigation bar to search our web database
for answers to common problems prior to contacting us directly.
The following diagram describes the primary ways to contact
us.


The Help Center is located in Room M037 of
the Gant Science Complex, Math Science Building, and is open
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Problems can also be referred to the Help
Center via email using any application that is available to
you. Please include a full description of your problem. Should
further information become necessary, please include a telephone
number and a time when you can be reached by a consultant.
